Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of the Agent Governance Toolkit (“the Toolkit”) sold by AI Guru (“we,” “us,” “our”) through agentguru.co. By purchasing or using the Toolkit, you agree to these terms.

2. Product License

• Your purchase grants a single-organization license to use, customize, and deploy the templates within your organization.
• You may modify the templates for internal use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates (in original or modified form) to third parties.
• You may not use the templates to create a competing product or service.

3. Delivery

The Toolkit is delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. You will receive a download link that is valid for 72 hours. If you need the link resent, contact ritesh@aiguruhq.com.

4. Updates

Your purchase includes 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase. Updated templates will be delivered via email. After 12 months, continued updates may require an additional purchase.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

6. Disclaimer

The Toolkit provides governance templates and frameworks for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the templates complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We recommend consulting with qualified legal counsel for compliance-specific guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Toolkit. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
