Built by a Practitioner, Not a Consultant
AgentGuru was created by someone who has shipped AI at scale — not someone who advises from the sidelines.

“Most AI governance frameworks were written for models. Agents are fundamentally different — they act, they access, they decide. I built AgentGuru because nobody else was building governance for this new reality.”
Ritesh has spent over a decade at the intersection of AI infrastructure and enterprise strategy. As an AWS Principal, he helped organizations deploy machine learning at scale — generating over $700M in AI-related revenue. He later served as a core architect on BloombergGPT and led global strategy at Cerebras Systems.
Through AI Guru Academy, Ritesh has trained more than 45,000 professionals across 39 courses on Coursera and Udemy. His products have reached over 50,000 users worldwide.
AgentGuru was born from a gap he saw firsthand: organizations were deploying autonomous AI agents with zero governance infrastructure. Existing frameworks were built for models — bias testing, fairness metrics, model cards. None of them addressed the unique risks of agents: autonomous action, data access permissions, escalation paths, decommissioning protocols.
AgentGuru is the governance toolkit he wished existed when he was advising enterprise AI deployments. Every template, framework, and playbook is informed by real operational experience — not academic theory.
Governance doesn't stop at the policy layer.
AgentGuru is part of a governance architecture that extends from board oversight to SOC 2 evidence.
